Back Up of Photo not given

Dear Sir,

I went to Deepa Digital Studio which is located in Adambakkam, Chennai-600088 with my mother to take passport photo for her. Before taking the photo I have confirmed with them that there is no extra charges for giving back up in CD. While collecting the photo they were asked extra charges for giving back up. I was shocked. Because they changed their words and moreover they behaved roughly with me. It's not only for me, for all the customers they are doing like this. So kindly take necessary action against them.
