Passport delay

I have submitted my form on 24.07.08 but i am not recieved any police verification yet .i have not recieved any information regarding my passport. the status of my passport reads police report not submitted.

i had submitted my passport form at ghaziabad kavi nagar.my file no is gzba02931908. kindly look into the matter at the earliest as i need to go to abroad
