Not attending service calls as per the AMC done

My complaint is against Deep Enterprises who said they are the franchisee for Aquagaurd water purifier. We made an AMC for 2 years with by paying 1500/- in cash for which we received a bill. The machine is not working and they said the PCB needs to be changed and is covered under the AMC. I have been following up with them for 1 and half months now without any luck. Their contact nos are 9890041697 and 9764907720 contact person Nitin and Deepak respectively. The first number does not respond at all and the 2nd one Deepak picks up and poses as an assistant and does give vague answers. The address on the bill is also not tracable.

Please let me know on the procedure to lodge a formal complaint and get a solution. I would be obliged if I can get your Pune centre contact details to take up the matter further.
