Non functioning of Reservation Counte

Sir,

One Ticketing Reservation Counter existing at the remote area of Dharmanagar (Tripura), it is fact that some time the BSNL not supporting to train reservation. But the reservation clerk always kept the Board ie "LINK NOT AVAILABLE" at the counter hatchway and escape from the counter these type of arena maximum occurred in the Station. Because of there is no vigilance available with the Remote station. Request take necessary action.
