Reward Booklet not Dispatch

My name was declared as winner of a Reward Booklet in the month of July. But after repeated reminder by me on phone, Hindustan Times management is unable to meet their promise. If HT management can't meet ones promise why do they misguide their subscribers by such a fraudulant practice.
