This is the first time I have gone to these worst place called 'Define' who says they do all the flex / vinyl printing, hoardings etc.. I went there in the morning..at around 10.40 a.m.. I got surprised that there was no one there to take their service... Still I thought I would try... I have given my design for printing a sign on vinyl sheet. I have clearly told him that I need it in good quality and I did not even bargain for the rate of Rs.25/ sq. ft which they said. They said it would be ready by evening... I went there by 7 p.m.. and when asked for my prints.. I felt so desperate to see the worst quality of material as well as printing. I found the ink being used was of very bad quality as well as the vinyl material. Moreover the ink was spread over the sheet making it look vulgar. And a boy who was there to attend it wiped the excess ink and made it look more vulgar by wiping off the border and all. Altogether they looked very unprofessional and I do not expect them to run this business very long like this.. And the boy who was attending me was behaving so rash and rude forgetting that it was a customer standing before him, who helps get him his daily bread and butter. Altogether it was a very bad experience and it has again taught me a lesson that I should not go to any place other than the one where you know would do better. In this case I know about someone who does wonderful job with caution on the quality located at Ernakulam North.. but being close to me.. I went to these rascals...
Please stay away from them.. else be ready to suffer. They are there to exploit you, robbing off your money and time.
