My Father applied for Rohini DDA Plot in 1981 its almost 27 years the plot has not been allotted. It shows the ineffectiveness in dealing with the matter of allotting the plots that it is taking them almost 27 years to allot the land to the applicants.
Applicants had send hundreds of request letter but it shows that they do not pay any heed to it, every now and then we are seeing the advertisements for the commercial developed sites for auctions and sales which are usually bought by the land Mafia's, why the Authorities are ignoring the poor people's need who have arranged to deposit their hard earned money as earnest money to get small plots.
We fail to understand that why are they taking so long to allot the plots and how many generations more have to wait. It seems as if DDA authority is not concerned or is least bothered to look into the matter unless someone drag them into the court by filing PIL or challenging the inefficiency of all concerned DDA staff Officer and authority for the delay. We may also look for media's help to interrogate in this matter so that they could find out the loopholes in the whole process of allotment and bringing the responsible person's out in front society.
