Refund amt of Tag

On 8th April I have submitted my car tag of toll tax... they have to refund me Rs.1500/-. Their commitment for refund is of 45 days, but now 3 months is passed away, no proper reply has come from this company.

I have written ample of mails, but no reply from their side...

Please help!!!
