Misuse of CASH recieved at Toll Plaza Gate due to non given reciept and debited

I M tag user s of Toll Plaza, formarily i was daily commute thr nd was taken monthly plan. In the recent policy of DGSCL have provided only Trip facility in which balance amount of tag Rs-450/- had been lapse due to non-recharge of tag on time. This is happen due to no reminder call or message facility is provided from DGSCL. Whevever my mobile phone is already registered in that facility.
