Complaint Against No Actual Bill Even After Meter Replaced

Dear Sir,

Ref. diary no.1539 dated 18/03 regarding meter replace due to first meter was in stopped condition. New meter has been installed on dated 11/03. The photocopy of meter change report has been enclosed in attachment file for ready reference.

Even after change the meter, I have received two water bills in meter stopped report & without new meter descriptions.

So you are humbly requested to issue directions to concerned authorities for modification in water bills with new meter description & create bill on actual meter reading basis & adjusted the amt. in next bill which have been paid after replace of meter.

Please give the confirmation of this as soon as possible.
