Packet not received which was booked on 31/10/09

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is to inform your that I have not received my packet no. L21225292 containg driving license which was booked on 31/10/09 from Wazirpur Depot License Authority. I had talk to Mr. Sunil on phone in your office Naraina (Delhi) regarding this matter as per Mr. Sunil there is some payment issue with pitampura branch the reson being they are not delivering the packets.

Kindly reply or deliver the packet asap.
