Warranty upgradation

I bought a DELL Vostro Notebook 1000 (Service Tag: 4GYBW1S) on 11.06.2008. Whose warranty was upto 11.06.2009. I contacted the DELL Helpline 18004254026 on 11.06. Mr. Abhineet (from Bangalore) listened my words & according to my request he transfered Rs.16148/- (Rupees Sixteen thousand one hundred forty-eighty only) from my Standard Charterd credit card for the warranty upgradation for two more calendar years (Transactional Ref: INSO2550517). He also told me that this upgradation will be reflected within three business days. But till date (01.07.2009), it is not reflected. I have called them for number of times & every time they have assured me that they will resolve the issue by end of the day. Still its not resolved yet, so to save my money, I am registering this complain to the forum.
