Regarding the faulty & very poor supply of Leaptop from DELL Company

Sir,

I (Narinder Sinder) have ordered a piece of leaptop from dell pvt. ltd.

dated on 24.04.09. I have already deposited full payment but still

after passing almost three months i have not recieved my laptop from

your company. The full details about your very poor service from the

begning of the first day:-

1. I have ordered a piece of leaptop from your dated on 24.04.09

through Kauli Koshi Bahatacharjee (Extension no. 6388). Before sending

the demand draft of Rs. 45300/, kali was continuously contact me but

as i deposited all the regarding money even a single time he do not

contact with me further. This was worst one to me.

2. After making a lot of efforts i have recieved a faulty laptop from

your company on 4.5.2009. There no display on the screen of laptop.

This is second worst experience with your company.

3. Regarding faulty laptop i have contacted to kali bhatcharjee and

he promimissed to me that your laptop will be replaced with new one

within 15-20 days. After waiting 15-20 days, i again contacted to kali

and asked to give the feedback to company about the service and about

kali's dealing to the customers. he warned me to late supply of my

laptop and it will not good for me for further time being.

4. Then again I contacted to Kali, he talked me to sales manager

Kartik (Extesion No. 8634). He told me that i will got my laptop after

one week after collecting my falty laptop. My laptop was collected on

13th June but stiil i did not get my laptop. When i tried to contact

to Kali and Kartik, they put their phone on voice mail box. Many time

i mail to these persons. But they will not give any response to me.

5. After trying the phone many times, i have contacted to them they

talk to me to technical spports and gives me wrong information that

you will got your laptop in two or three days and laptop has been

already sent from the company through corrier.

I have give the full details about my problem. You can think about my

position and problem to me. I have mentally as well as finacially

tortured by company.

Now i want compensation for this.
