Worst Customer Service of Dell

I bought my Dell Studio Laptop (service tag 19TY2BS) on 29 March 09 from Dell Showroom in Noida, UP, India, I was told that the 15 month of McAfee Licence is included in the purchase but the licence has expired just in 30 days.

Despite repeated reminders to the dealers on email and phone calls in last 2 months, the dealer has not resolved the issue. Everytime the dealer promises that they will provide us the license by next day but no action is taken. For last one month the dealer started promising that he will send the licensed version of McAfee CD by courier but it has not been sent yet.

My wife and I have made repeated calls but the dealer is absolutely indifferent to the the stress it is causing to us. Please see the extract from my phone bill where you can see how many calls have been made to the Noida Dell Showroom to talk to the people at Dell Showroom numbers (9871677600 and 9717066300). Two people that we have spoken to repeatedly in the Showroom are Rajat and Deepak. Both keep promising that they will resolve our McAfee issue and call us back but they have not done anything in last 2 months except giving some or the other excuse everytime we called them.
