Cancelation of DD

Dear sir

I was done a DD in SBI bank on 03 jan to favour of IEIindia Kolkata. my DD No is 969901 . I send DD with application to IEIindia Kolkata through normal post in feb . but it will not reach till the date .. I send post in airport post office mumbai.

What I am doing now sir?

How I get my DD & application?

How I cancel the DD? (i have photo copy of DD & Application)

I get DD amount return?

What is the procedure of cancelation of DD?
