Is this true? (TO PAY FOR 72 HOURS DELIVERY CHARGES TO HEATHROW COURIER EXPRESS LTD)

Respected Sir/Madam,

I had recently received a mail from this company stating that they have a parcle with them which belongs to me... in the mail they mentioned some amount for delivery 24, 48 & 72 Hours should i pay them a sum of RS 13, 500 to get 72 hours delivery. Plz reply me soon.
