Online trading facility delayed

I had submitted application to SBI for opening a demat account with online trading facility. SBI alotted an account on 31-3. I purchased SBI GETS through the account expecting immediate allotment of the online trading facility. Due to delay in alotting the facility I can not sell the item and I will have to suffer loss. THE LOSS SHOULD BE COMPENSATED BY THE BANK
