mother IRA ROY CHOWDHURY PAN proof updated

myself BIBEK RAY CHOWDHURY PAN not updated

The Demt is frozen as there is an error in the spelling of my name in the account, RAY instead of ROY

1) Demat account opened with Voter ID card Name is spelt as BIBEK RAY CHOWDHURY

2) PAN card, Gazetted Officers Identity Card ~ Government of West Bengal correct spelling BIBEK ROY CHOWDHURY

• This Demat account belongs to my parents.

• My father died (14.11.2007) unable to operate this account, his life’s savings.
