Dear Sir/Madam,
We had despatched one parcel to our customer Tianode Fabricaters, Chennai on 07.09.09 Consignment no 229668986. But it has not yet been delivered till date. We had followed so many times in mumbai branch and chennai branch, but nobody seems to care. All our calls seem to fall on deaf ears. Could we please get some one who actually cares about customers to call us up?? or else can I have the number of some senior official to whom I could lodge a complaint with about your services.
Courier companies should be made liable for losses incurred to customers. I am thoroughly dissatisfied with the services provided by you. Its not the first time that our parcels have been delayed.
