Make my trip are the biggest fraud

Make my trip are taking me for a ride ever since i have taken a trip from them they cheat people i dont think anybody will attempt will ever try to go again with them the following is the mail which i have sent to them.

Dear Justin/Poornima,

This mail regarding redeeming the voucher for Rs, 100000. It has been conveyed through the telphonic conversation that it is not possible to redeem Rs, 100000 voucher in Bangalore, as there is no holiday package in any hotel/resort available for this amount. I would like to bring it to your notice that we requested to provide at least accomodation without transport, which was not possible from your side. The resort which you suggested and agreed upon "Park Field Resotel" on feb 28th and 1st march had an huge transport cost than the accomodation charges. On direct enquiry it was found that the hotel fare from your side was more than the normal charges. all this clearly shows that, its an attempt from your side to prevent redeeming the voucher. i request your kind self to explain for the same.
