This is for your kind information that I had booked a Zen Lxi (Used) Car vide Reg. No. WB-02R-7866 with Rs.20000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) by cheque no. 976635 dated 30/07/09 of UCO Bank on 30/07/09 under Cash Memo no. DGL-5673 dated 30/07/09. The committed date of Delivery was on 13/08/09.

As per commitment made by Mr. Tarakanto of sanctioning the car Loan & repeated touch with your shop executives & HDFC bank both personally and telephonically the same had been declined.

Now, in this contrary, I like to write, where there is a clause to book in advance without sanctioning the loan?

Hence, I want the refund of the said amount at the earliest.
