They are not reparing on the complaints lodged - on A1-402, Shanti Vihar, Bavdhan, Pune
Their office is in Ganesh Khinde road in Pune
Inspite of repeatedly lodging complaints they are not rectifying the defects [ seepage through walls] in the flats they constructed and sold to us at Bavdhan area, Shanti Vihar, A Building 4th floor;
the complaints were lodged thrice in 3 years after the sale with acknowledgements issued by them, and now they are almost to complete the 3 years without doing any rectification in 3 years on the complaints.
