I have been trying to get the coke dealer to start supplying material to me on a regular basis for which i got in touch with the local distribution manger for Coke in Hyderabad - Miyapur area Mr G N Rao whom i invited to come and see my restaurant. Mr Rao came to my restaurant around the 14 of October and promised me a deal with coke where he offered me a sign board and a freezer to keep the stock for which he asked me to sign a form and affix my restaurant stamp. The very next day which i did. But to my vain since then i am constantly trying to get in touch with Mr Rao regarding this issue. Nor do i get a proper response from him nor do i get a regular supply of stock the last time i spoke about a week ago he assured me that he will look into the matter and said i will be getting the sign board soon along with the freezer. This kind of unprofessional behavior is least expected from a brand like Coke and is completely demotivating for a first time entrepreneur like myself. Coke leaves me no other option but to switch over to Pepsi and also to make every customer of mine aware of this situation who asks me why we don't serve Coke products.
Also to add i literally have to plead the distributor for my area to come and give me stock it feels like he is doing me a favor. I always thought that there is a lot to learn from big companies like Coke but to its shame i know what not to learn..
