This is regarding my Housing loan file (loan a/cno. 00000163) to be received from your office at Pramukhswami Arched at Rajkot. I have completed my said housing loan at 10th of Nov and I am yet to receive my NOC and file. It has been given to understand by your officers only that the file would be definetly given to us by 17th of this month since the loan has been completed.By inquiring again for the file they have given rude answer and said that the file will be given to us very next month!! I request you to please look into the matter and do the needful on urgent basis or else we are left with no option but to take legal action.
