Airtel Postpaid Connection Surrender and Over Billed amount

For the following two service connections

97890 60189

97890 60199 we had submitted surrender letter and made bill payments through cheque. The cheque was filled after making enquiring at Reach Communications, AnnaNagar (K4), Chennai. They informed us excess amount and I dropped the cheque by believing their words. The above said incident happened on February 29.

As per you formalities, the numbers got barred on March 06. So we must receive bill containing the rental charged Upto March 06 duly on March 27 or Later on. But we had received bill charging rental for entire March. When we was about to inquire this, we got the information that the barred number has been re-activated on March 07 itself.

Regarding this I had raised the complaint many times till now, we hadn't got any proper response or reply from your side. It seems the customers are treated as animals.

We had submitted letter to close the service. But without our concern you had re-activated those connections and sending bills for us wrongly to make payment means, its of no sense at all. Kindly make arrangements.
