Some one want to boot/block my id, wht to do now?

Some one "ghost_rider" or "rock_rullz" id named from rediffbols "daters" room trying to boot/block my id, when i start my messenger he started flooding me, if i will continueously get his attack for some time it can block my id permanantly, so plz solve my problem and tell me anysolution.
