My Consumer No. DG 7524 and I booked my Cylinder on 18th August with Dikshit Gas Agency, Khichdipur, New Delhi-91. The receptionist told me to get the cylinder after 12 days. On 8th September I reminder for the Gas and she told me that as there is a pipeline supply of Gas in your area, you will have to submit an affidavit that you don't have the pipeline connection. All the relevant documents and affidavit has been submitted on 13th Septmeber even after the Gas Agency has not yet supplied the lpg gas cylinder. Today when I tried to reminded her she said "as you don't live there, no gas will be supplied to you".
I would like to tell you that I am staying there for the last three years and rent deed also I have submitted to her. Then what is the reason for non-supply and denying to supply the cylinder.
