Has some relation with the scammers

Hello Peoples,

I am freelancer,

About few months ago a guy named Rafee, his scriptlance id is www.scriptlance.com/buyer/hitekworld

he gave me a 1000$ worth of job and after completion of the job he disappeared and scammed me, this guy has some relation to DIRECTI INTERNET SOLUTIONS PVT. LTD. D/B/A which is located in india,

the guy who scammed me uses demohut.com has a demonstration server, when i check this domain with who.is,

this server has Registrar: DIRECTI INTERNET SOLUTIONS PVT. LTD. D/B/A,

i feel this scammer has some relation to this company, and i also read some blogs a guy named buzzbrains is also scamming many freelancers, this buzzbrains also belongs to this DIrecti company, you can see all those details here http://www.who.is/whois/demohut.com/

is there any option to kick this guy>?
