I have applied for credit card before 25th October and my application no is 01368367 my mobile no is 9327530806 and my date of birth is 3rd june 1978 I got a verificatin call on around 5th nov and I called and asked my status on 10th nov on 66004332 I was told my card is approved and I will get the details in this week and when I called on 15th nov the some other executive shows he is not able to see my application status so I have to apply again how can it be possible that an approved card status is not available and I have to apply again can u solve my problem soon.
