I had applied for a pre-approved personal loan from ICICI bank through one of their DSAs - Distinkt Solutions.
After wasting more than two weeks, when I called them up, their employees just would not pick up the phone. When called from som other phone, they would pick up, but then make one funny excuse or the other. This went on for a week and then I gave up. I still do not have any visibility as to what will happen to the blank cheques that Distinkt collected from me.
I wish to bring this to the notice of all of you. DO NOT USE DISTINKT's services to get a loan. Approach the bank directly.
