COMPLAINT AGAINST DEDUCTION OF MONTHLY CHARGES

I am one of DISH TV Telugu Freedom package customer (now it has been changed as South India package monthly rental is RS 150/- per month.

I am paying regulary, but today they disconnected my service, serveral time times I have complined them, they are deducting more than my monthly charges. But they are not taking care about my service

for example I have below payment details for your reference

1) I have credited Rs 1000/- in month of Nov (14.11.07), which I supposed to be paid in month of Jan. (for 5% discount offer I have early, that they have not given to me) Previously it was 75/- per month

2) Again I have credited Rs 1200/- in the month of April (02.04.08). ok

3) Rs 1000 Rs 1200/- = Rs 2200/150 = 14.66 that means I no need to pay any thing upto Feb. So my payment due will be Feb.

Then what I have to do? Pls help me out
