Chaged Processing Fees without any processsing of Home Loan

Hi,

I have applied for a home loan to DHFL in June '09. Once they have called me and told the amount of home loan which was 11 lacs. I refused to take senction of that amount but they charged me Rs. 5515/-- processing fees for that. They have refunded me the amount but it was only Rs. 2500/-- .

I want my whole amount back which was charged unnecessarily.
