Half-Salary Paid

I Pranesh Joshi worked as Editor in DMC Management Consultants Pvt Ltd., (Medical Transcription Company) Narayanguda, Hyderabad now shifted to: Near Rathifile Bus Stop, Ramakrishna Hotel, Secunderabad, which is a Pune based company.

We had a meeting on January 6 regarding the quality issues and we have been told to improve the same as they generally say, but that time, nothing has been discussed or told about the salary deductions in the meeting. At the end of the month, they called us and said our quality is not up-to-the mark and they have given us other options which are not suitable. So, I resigned from the company stating that I don't want to continue with the given options.

The company usually pays the salary in between 10th to 15th of every month, but surprisingly when i got the SMS from Axis bank about my salary credited, i.e. HALF-SALARY. I called so many times to HR Mr. Praveen Kumar, regarding the above-said issue, but he is not lifting the phone and after one week of time he lifted the phone and spoke very rudely and said whatever we paid is right and do whatever you want to do.

I request the authorities to look into the matter and see to it my half-salary to be credited this month.
