Non delivery of purchaches

I had purchased six items of clothing costing nearly rs. 6000 on 29 of march till date 12/4/09 they have not been delivered . this is not the service expected from a brand like dockers. they kept promissing they would deliver in two days of the purchase, and would keep me informed but they didnot have the courtesy to a give a feedback.
