Non Delivery of Speed Post no ED383806890IN

I had sent a very important set of documents by speed post on 23/02 from New Delhi to Allahabad vide the subject Speed Post number. Today it is 26/02, but the parcel has not yet been delivered. The post-office at the time of collection cnfmd to me that the same will be delivered within 48 hours.

I have tried tracking the parcel on the Indian Speed Post website but it keeps saying no information is available for the above number!!!

I really want my packet to be delivered immediately as delay would cost me a lot.
