In this forum I have read the story of A. Kumar, who went to Sheffield to apply for his personal registration number. Every day he lures on around 3- 5 newcomers to England with his big promises that he has his own company and that he can help them with this important documents! He charges them 500 pounds a piece and then he goes to PMedia I'nl Translate Corp., pays them 29 pounds, gets the documents and keeps the rest in his pocket. So you can do the math, from only one person he gets 471 pound profit!
I just want everybody to know that here in UK there are plenty of companies, such as PMedia, that can prepare your work permit documents and they will not charge more than 30-40 ponds for their services!
