i sandeep kumar student of iitt college of engg. pojewal dist Nawanshahr (punjab), posted my documents from the post office Nawanshahr having pin no. is 144514.my speed post no. is EE776923239IN.i doing speed post on 04/10/08 to the destination address Dhananjay kumar S/o Ram chela prasad Vill.-Dharahara P.o.-Darihat Dist.-Rohtas (Bihar) having pin no.-821306. According to speedpost regulations my articles should be arrieved to the destination address within 48 hours but my articles are not arrieved till 14/10/08.
