Fake B.Ed. admmision

I had joined the B.Ed. regular course from Kurukshetra University thru Dolphin college in Vikas Puri for session 09). The college had taken entire fee of Rs. 40, 000/- in advance on the pretext that it had to be submitted in the Kurukshetra Univ. Even the receipts issued by Dolphin College showed that it is recognised by NCTE of Delhi. Trusting this document I paid all the money. They had even taken signatures on so called admit card issued by Kurukshetra University. However, when contacted for books & notes the mobile no. of Mrs. Raj Sharma came switched off and no one answered the landline. When we visited the premises we found it to be closed and the neighbouring shops informed us that no one from the institutes comes here any more. I request the authorities to take stern action against such fraudulent organisation and help us recover our hard earned money. This will deter other institutes from cheating innocent people.
