Dear Sir,

Sub- Erroneous, irresponsible attitude and MTNL

Pl refer to letter no- REFERENCE- NO; AO (MS)/RECOVERY OF POST PAID NO.2106 DATED.31-10 (AT ND), issued by Accounts Officer (Recovery), MS, MTNL Dolphin demanding an “baseless” arrear Rs.246=00 on A/C Dolphin phone No -9968099467.

In this regard, I am say, that above mobile phone connection was converted for pre-paid (Vidyarthi) on 19th July after my making all necessary pending FULL & FINAL amount, in cash, at Idgah Exchange, which is also a routine practice & mandatory for MTNL procedure). In all probabilities, it appears to me a case of error of Cash entry & credit of the same to my Mobile-9968099467.

In this regard, is nothing less than a big surprise that having made all payment by me I have been sent a notice for disconnection by a responsible officer, after a lapse for more than two yrs.

I want to place on record, my protest towards this irresponsible, negligent, callous attitude by a NAVRATAN organization which you can judge yourself from this episode.

Fortunately, I have the necessary data with me, otherwise your department would have forced me to cough out this amount. I also understand that MTNL shall inform me in writing, the pertinent details of payment, including cash payment received from me on 19-07 at Idgah Exchange before any disconnection.
