I am a govt. emloyee I need a telephone services round o clock and I purchased pre-paid mobile card
3 days back i.e. 15-10, vide my connection is 9013277093 since morning there iis hamring and humming voice has been started and suddenly noising in incoming calls and I got aproximate 18-20 messages for video calls in -30 minutes which is it is not tollrable and also sent two messages but it has found un-sent and charges has been deducted from account. I am trying get in touched with the customer care but there is no such response from that side.
