Cash withdrawl failure but slip shows account debited

I visited Jayanagar 9th Block Canara Bank ATM to withdraw money from my SBI Card. the machine accepted the card and allowed transcations but did not give out money, instead gave me slip showing amount debited. Please credit the amount and oblige.
