I am booked for refilling of LPG, as per Refill order number 719, 02.07.2009.But our supplier Jo Agencies, Irinjalakuda, Thrissur Dist, Kerala send the refilled cylinder after one month, unfortunately we are unable to summit the empty cylinder, the supply people inform us they will supply anytime as per our request. But after this time we telephoned to their office and inform them, but no response. I am directly visited their office and inform them 3 or 4 times. But there is no positive response, and they informed me that there is no stock of Refilled Cylinder. But the same time the Refilled Cylinders are too much available with the delivery boys of the same firm. They are ready to supply the Refilled Cylinder with DOUBLE PRICE.I am sure this is the Play with the JO Agencies with Delivery people and the official people also getting benefit from the delivery people, so they are interested to supply cylinder to delivery boys than the actual customers. So if you can please make a inspection to the above Gas Agency, check supply details of cylinders and it will more helpful to other poor customers also. I am also attaching my details below.
