Additional Provision in the Refill Vouche

The existing Refill Voucher given to the customer has the provision of following fields.

It can be observed that there is no provision for recording the date of delivery of the cylinder to the consumer. It gives tremendous scope of consumer exploitation to the Distributor and in case of any complaint regarding non delivery of Gas in due time, there is no way to prove as to when the Gas was delivered to the consumer.

I hope if the suggestion is accepted for implementation the compliant area can be reduce to a great extent.
