Domestic L.P.G cylinder
Delay in Delivery

Dear Sir/Madam

My consumer no. is K-02829 in the name of myself in Konnagar Gas service in Hooghly District in the state of West Bengal. I've booked for refilling cylinder on 09.09.2009 bearing no. 1495 through your centralized booking office. But already 22nd passed till date I've not received any cylinder and on enquiry they told it will take another a few days.

And after receiving delivery they'll receive booking for another cylinder after 21 days. Hence I'm getting one cylinder after a span of period around 40 days. And it has come to my knowledge domestic cylinders are in use in hotels, specially in puja. But there is another dealer of indane in Rishra namely Cooking Centre are reluctant to deliver cylinders within 12/15 days.

Hence please look in to the matter otherwise please advise the way to get Changed/Transferred our L.P.G connection to another dealer.
