Dear sir,
My name is A . Unni Krishnan, My consumer no. E2760 for LPG. Under M/s. MV Enterprises, Avadi, Chennai 600 054. For the past one year and more I have affected by this Gas Agency for getting my refill of LPG cylinder.
They inform us that for booking of refill cylinder 1.) I should wait for more than 21 days from the date of the receipt of the previous cylinder 2.) They supply the cylinder only after 10 to 15 days from the date of booking of the cylinder for refill. So ultimately I have to wait for nearly 36 days to get a refill cylinder. The purpose of possessing double cylinders is being defeated. I booked the cylinder on 3rd October, but they have raised invoice only on 7th October, but the delivery of my cylinder yet to be done. Regarding this, I made a complaint over the phone on 14th October. I hereby inform you that there is no proper supply of cylinders to the consumers. The purpose of double cylinder is also totally in vein. Due to the having of double cylinder, I am not eligible to get the kerosene from the fair price shop.
For the past one year I got the cylinder by giving complaint to the IOC Customer Care over the Phone. Then why you are permitting the Agency to do the supply. Better you please appoint a new agency and cancel the license of the said agency M/s. MV Enterprises, Avadi. It will be very much helpful for us to solve our grievances in a respectable and peaceful manner. Because we the consumers will be treated as a dog by them. You please depute your staff and make a surprise visit without informing them. This will be very much helpful to realize the grievances of the consumers.
Hence, I request you to kindly arrange to settle my grievance at the earliest. Otherwise I may be permitted to book another gas cylinder in the name of my son which I suppose will give me some solace or going to the consumer court. Thanking you in anticipation of positive action at the earliest.
