MISBEHAVIOUR BY THE GAS AGENCY

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am consumer of Indane Gas. Our area service provider is “BALASORE GAS AGENCY, SAHEED PARK, MARKET BUILDING, CINEMA BAZAR, BALASORE, ORISSA,

It is my long experience with them that they rarely respond on phone. For any problem, I have to go all the way to their door step, quite far from my residence.

Further, they are quite unfriendly towards the consumers and behave like our masters. For instance, today (on 05-1], l went to them with a written request letter alongwith the original consumer card to change my address as I shifted from one place to another in the same city. But alongwith other documents they demanded my telephone number, which were already there in my wrting pad. When I insisted the same, they told me that you search for a another gas agenecy, which I felt very seriously. I feel I am at the mercy of them, they can do any undo things as per their whims.

Further more, their delivery personnel, while delivering gas cylinder, never carry weighing machine and are reluctant to weigh the cylinder.

May I request your goodness that “BALASORE GAS AGENCY” may be instructed to be customer friendly and caring.
