Inability to pay online bill

I had been paying online electirciy bill till the last year. However after the site has been reconstructed, it is next to impossible to even open the site fully.

I have tried complaining to many at phone numbers provided at the side and therafter. It is of no use. You are told that it opens easily on ther PC and me the complainant is a fool!
