Gas booking & Bad condition telephone line

Dear sir,

My consumer no.611939 by name of B.P.Kirtania, we are having lots of problem in delivery of cylinder either they are late delivered or not delivered, I have been trying to bokk my gas but there are no any telephone number not been worked. I have already book my gas by e-mail but the gas not been received.
