In Jan your AD Mr Lalit Paswan came to my house and submitted the business proposals of Donecard. I onvinced immediately and I gave him Rs 5000.00 out of Rs 15500.00 for issuing IRCTC Permission for Rly Tickets within two months. After one month I gave hime another Rs 5000.00. Since then Mr Paswan neither turned up nor I could receive IRCTC Permission. On telephonic convertion he told several times that IRCTC has given permission to issue tickets and I am coming to hand over you. But till date I could get nothing.

On the assurance of your AD I started my office but I gone to measure loss due to his irresposible activity / fraudness. And I am paying the establishment charges of office from my pocket.

Kindly look into the matter and arrang to issue me IRCTC Permission.
