I had purchased one USB modem from your existing outlet at Siddi Vinayak Complex, Shivrajni Cross Road, Satellite Ahmedabad 380015

The Details are below,

Purchased on 20.12.08 It got failed on 18.01.09 and hand over to your above said outlet on same day.

Bill No. 109/2200-1100-03327 T Sim No. is : 9276357657

Materials : 100003270 – SXC-1080 CDMA USB

Concern person: Mr. Shailesh Pawar & Mr. Vishal Shah – from TATA INDICOM outlet.

The model is not functioning and it has admitted by your Mr. Shailesh as well as Mr. Vishal also. Now it is required to be replaced.

I could not get any result after 10 days.

Now my sincere request you to either replace me by today or tomorrow without fail or return back my money with my balance amount in T SIM.
